SHIPPING

AGEMBRAND items are only delivered to United States, with the exception of Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
We do not deliver orders to business addresses, P.O. boxes, hotels or university campuses. Orders to any of these destinations will not be processed. Delivery of items will take place upon full payment of the items ordered. Orders made from the website of a country/region different to that of the delivery address will not be processed.

Delivery types and times

Signature is required on all shipments.

 

Ground day - Free:

Delivery is estimated to arrive within 4-6 business days from the time that the customer receives a shipping confirmation email.
This service is not available on holidays.
Some orders may require an additional 24 hours to be validated and processed, which may delay delivery. Some locations in Alaska require also additional transit time.

 Returns and refunds

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns for store credit and exchange within 30 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.  Item must be unworn with original tags.  Customer pays for return shipping. 

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.  We reserve the right to refuse return items.   
  • Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you

Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

To create a better shopping experience for our customers, we offer a flexible returns policy. We monitor the number of returns and reserve the right to close your account or restrict future orders if your return behaviour is in breach of our Returns Policy.
